Our Seat Belt Project Process
STEP 1
The client shares the seat information, application, vehicle type, mounting points, photos, drawings, and any specific requirements.
STEP 2
Our team reviews the details to understand the fitment, safety needs, belt style, hardware, buckle type, color, and compliance requirements.
STEP 3
We evaluate how the seat belt will integrate with the seat or vehicle structure, including anchor locations, belt routing, and installation constraints.
STEP 4
We recommend the best seat belt configuration, including retractor type, buckle style, webbing length, mounting hardware, and any custom options.
STEP 5
The client reviews and approves the proposed configuration, specifications, pricing, and lead time before production begins.
STEP 6
Once approved, we prepare the required components, confirm materials, and set up the order for manufacturing.
STEP 7
The seat belts are built to the approved specifications using certified components and controlled assembly processes.
STEP 8
Each order is inspected for build accuracy, webbing quality, hardware, labeling, and overall function before it leaves our facility.

In addition to certifying our internal quality processes, we test our products to the highest international standards. Our engineering and comprehensive testing lab allows us to easily test your product for safety. All of our seat belts and harnesses are certified to meet or exceed the following regulations, depending on their application and target market: ECE R16, 77/541/ECE,ECE R44, ECE 118, ADR4, FMVSS 209, FMVSS 302, SAE J386, SAE J2292, FIA 8853/98, FIA 8854/98, 28/95, SFI.
