In this edition of Spain’s most important international safety fair, we collaborated with Bergadana Emergency Vehicles, who trusted GSB to develop customized safety belts for emergency vehicles integrated into the vehicles they presented at their stand.

Engineering applied to emergency vehicles

Emergency vehicles require specific solutions where safety, ergonomics and reliability are non-negotiable.

For this project, we designed and manufactured belts adapted to:

• Complex interior configurations
• Technical and intervention seats
• Intensive use needs in critical situations

Our focus was on providing a solution that not only met regulations, but also seamlessly integrated into the design and functionality of Bergadana’s vehicles.

Customized seat belts for a demanding environment

Each belt developed for this project was custom-made, taking into account:

• Vehicle type (ambulances and special units)
• Seat position and use
• Accessibility and speed of use requirements
• Integration with medical and technical equipment

The result: safe, comfortable restraint systems ready for the daily use of emergency professionals.

Certified security, no compromises

All belts supplied meet the most demanding international standards, including:

• SAE J386
• FMVSS 209 / 302

This ensures that every system installed in Bergadana vehicles is prepared to offer the highest level of protection under real-world conditions.

Presence at SICUR 2026

During the fair, visitors were able to see firsthand Bergadana vehicles equipped with our solutions.

Although GSB did not participate as a direct exhibitor, this collaboration allowed us to:

• Being present in a key environment of the sector
• Showcase our capabilities through real-world applications
• Strengthening our position as a specialized supplier of restraint systems for special vehicles
